1. Delivery

We charge S$6.50 in Singapore for island wide shipping except for Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Tuas, port zones, free-trade zones and any other restricted zones that require entry passes. In the event that such address is given to us, we will get in touch with you to make separate arrangements.

2. Unsuccessful Delivery

It is highly recommended that you provide the correct address and confirm it before checkout. If you have typed in any incorrect detail, please notify us within the next 12 hours after submission. Your Scent Story will not be liable for any form of lost parcel due to incorrect/missing details of address. In this case, no returns or refunds shall be entertained.

3. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at the moment (but hopefully in the future).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Your Scent Story takes great care and effort to inspect each product before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products if photographic proof of damage, defect or wrong product is submitted to Your Scent Story within 7 days of delivery.
